The Law defines basic principles of governmental policy in the field of children´s health improvement and recreation, authorities of executive and local self-government bodies, legal, financial and organizational principles of establishment and activity of establishments of children´s health improvement and recreation, rights, obligations and liability of all the participants of the process.
The Law determines the following basic orientations of governmental policy in the filed of children´s health improvement and recreation: support of actions taken by the enterprises, institutions and organizations, funds, citizens and their associations in the said field; creation of accessible and efficient market of services related to children´s health improvement and recreation; preservation and development of the network of children´s establishments for health improvement and recreation.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 3515) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
